Ruby Valley Farm offers several methods of payment, designed to meet your financial convenience. We accept payment via VENMO, PayPal, USPS money-orders, or cash.

When reserving or purchasing a Ruby Valley Farm Puppy please send us your full contact information along with your payment, and exactly which puppy you are interested in

Puppies can be picked up at our Russellville Alabama home at approximately 9 weeks old. If any other arrangements are needed such as a Flight Nanny or a different pick up location or airport meet up please speak to Stephanie 256-436-9271 before scheduling anything non-refundable. We are located in NW Alabama, we can make arrangements to meet the buyer or flight nanny at the following airports for an additional fee - Huntsville, AL HSV, Birmingham, AL BHM, Memphis, TN MEM or Nashville, TN BNA.

Reserve a Ruby Valley Farm Puppy!

A $500.00 deposit* will reserve a puppy and place you in priority! In the order that we receive deposits, is also the order that we will be letting you choose your puppy. Your final balance payment will be due when your puppy is 6 weeks old.

*Reservation fee is non-refundable and includes an additional 2.9% + $0.30 Paypal or Venmo fee. Should unexpected changes occur on the part of the puppy buyer, deposits may be moved to another litter within the first 12 months of deposit being made.

Shipping Prices

No Cargo Shipping for Puppies

For the safety of puppies, shipping in airline cargo is not offered. This is due to health and stress concerns for young animals, as airlines and breeders recognize that cargo holds can be risky for puppies.

In-Cabin Air Travel with Owner

Most U.S. airlines allow puppies to fly in-cabin with their owner for an additional fee (typically around $100–$125 each way)2.The puppy must remain in an airline-approved carrier that fits under the seat in front of you2.Airlines have minimum age requirements for puppies flying in-cabin. These requirements vary: American Airlines & United Airlines: Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old. DELTA Airlines: Puppies must be at least 10 weeks old. Some airlines may have higher age requirements (up to 12 weeks) depending on destination or specific policies1.Airlines may require veterinary health certificates or proof of vaccinations, and they may check the puppy’s age at check in is essential to verify the specific airline’s age and documentation requirements before booking, as enforcement can vary by airline and even by airport staff.

Staff meets buyer at airport

Our staff will meet you at the airport with puppy in hand. So you can fly in and our on a return flight the same day, meeting at nearby airports (Huntsville, Birmingham, Memphis, Nashville), service available for an additional fee.


Pickup and Delivery Options

Puppies can be picked up at the breeder’s home in Russellville, Alabama, at around 9 weeks old.

Hand delivery by staff

Flight Nanny Service

A flight nanny is a professional who accompanies the puppy in-cabin, ensuring attentive care throughout the journey. The typical cost for a flight nanny within the U.S. ranges from $600–$900 ,, depending on distance and logistics.
